UK Pastry Club
UK Pastry Club brings people together to raise the recognition of UK pastry as among the best in the world.
Our purpose is to raise awareness of UK pastry chefs—some of the most talented craftsmen in the world—and to select and support candidates who will represent the UK at the World Pastry Cup.
The Club is chaired by Denis Drame MCA, working alongside a committee composed of Martin Chiffers, President of the UK Pastry Team, and Anne-Sophie Millon, Treasurer of the Club.
The Club’s Promotional Manager is Laurian Veaudour, and the Team Coordinator is Rebecca Chen.
Barry Johnson, Jodi Hinds, Morgane Cateau, and a representative of our faithful sponsors are also part of the committee.
