UK Pastry Club
UK Pastry Club brings people together to raise the recognition of Pastry in the UK as one of the best in the world.
Our purpose is to raise the awareness of UK Pastry Chefs, the most talented craftsmen over the world. It is also to select and support the candidates who will represent the UK during the World Pastry Cup.
The Club is chaired by Denis Drame MCA, working alongside a committee composed by Michael Kwan, Executive Pastry Chef at The Dorchester London, president of the UK Pastry Team and Anne-Sophie Millon, secretary and promotion manager of the team.
Benoit Blin MCA, Barry Johnson, Martin Chiffers, Florian Poirot, Luke Frost, Jodi Hinds and a representative of all our faithfull sponsors are also part of this committee
